Payment terms and conditions
The information provided by the customer is confidential, and will not be passed on. The confirmation of the order will be automatically sent to the e-mail address provided upon ordering. Checkout Finland Oy is the company in charge of processing the payments.
The Checkout Finland Oy payment service forwards the Customer’s payment to the Supplier. The customer can choose their payment method from different banks’ payment services and most common credit cards. Checkout Finland Oy is safe and secure to use. Checkout Finland Oy is shown on your bank account’s statement as the recipient of the payment. Read more about Checkout Finland Oy’s terms and conditions regarding payment.

Terms of delivery
Our deliveries are sent to you by Posti Oyj
We will place and send your order once the payment has been made, or a bill has been selected as the payment method. If the payment method is a bill, the lender will complete the payment and the package will be sent.
We’ll try our best to deliver products worldwide, and we’ll take a good look at the delivery options for each order. Should any problems occur regarding the shipping process or delivery times, we will notify the customer and arrange for a delivery or for refunds. Orders will be processed as soon as possible, and then they will be delivered to the customer. We send shipments twice a week.
The delivery costs and times are the following:
Finland 15,00€ (VAT 24%). About a week
The rest of Europe 30,00€ (VAT 24%). Ranges from approx. 1 to 2 weeks
The rest of the world 42,00€ (VAT 24%). Ranges from approx. 1 to 2 weeks.
Cancellation and returning
The cancellation of the order must be made via email within 14 days of placing the order. The email address for this is email@example.com
The right to return your order only applies when the product you got from us very clearly deviates from our products descriptions or pictures. When it comes to broken or damaged products, you do have the right to return your order until the moment you recieve your package and open it. If you need to make a complaint, the customer must immediately contact our customer service by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org
The cost of order cancellations and refunds
If you want to cancel an order, it must be done within 14 days of your initial order. If the product is not damaged or broken, the cost for returning the item will be handled by the customer. When the product is returned to us undamaged, we will refund the price of the product to the customer with the following deductions: – Country-specific delivery fee (15 € / 30 € / 42 € incl. VAT 24%. If the shipment has already been mailed.)
Processing fee: 20.00 € incl.: VAT 24%. The customer pays for the return costs.
Returning and replacing broken products
In the case of the customer being in contact with us via our customer service (email@example.com), we will arrange for the replacing of the product, or the cancellation of the order. In this case, our website (woodandurn.com) will mostly pay for the expenses. Once the product has made it back to us, we will either send you a new one, or refund the price of the product. If the return fees cannot be paid by the receiver (woodandurn.com), the customer will have to pay for the return of the product. But when it comes to broken and damaged products, it is possible for the customer to get paid for the return fees, if a receipt is presented with the order information and sent to our email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We will process cancellations and returns promptly. In the case of a refund, we will try our best to refund the customers’ order within 30 days of any cancellation or complaint.
